Ab Ripper X was not the hardest, YOGA X was!
I have sweated more during this routine than any other but yet right now I feel great!
I am about as flexible as a cement wall but hoping that in due time I can do most of the Yoga poses with no balance or flexibility issues.

Breakfast: Coffee with skim milk no sugar, cereal bar
Snack: Water
Lunch: Grilled chicken and grilled vegetables in a regular wrap (no sauce), mixed green side salad with oil and vinegar, water
Snack: None
Dinner: (Edit) Tuna Nicoise on a whole wheat roll, water, fat free yogurt parfait with blueberries, strawberries, and granola.
