P90X - Week 2 Kenpo X

Almost done with week 2 of P90x. Today was Kenpo X (a series of martial arts moves consisting of kicks, punches, and blocks). Week 2 was not as hard as week 1 but the challenge this week was that it was not a continuous week. Furthermore, not sure if my allergies are kicking in or if I'm under the weather or if I am just feeling weak due to lack of food. This is the last week of our Biggest Loser competition so I am eating barely enough to get by this week.

This is a picture of my P90X partner, Mel, who is beautifully performing a high block. Picture doing this exercise alternating arms for 60 seconds while in a "horse" stance.

Lunch: Water, almonds, shrimp and corn chowder soup (pint)

Snack: None
Dinner: Fat-free yogurt, water
