Long weekend without P90X

I am out of town for the long weekend but that didn't stop me from working out this morning. I ran 3 miles and after lunch, bowled 3 games.

Food Journal, Saturday, May 23, 2009:

Breakfast - none

Snack - none

Lunch - Water, 2 oysters, Maryland crab soup in a tomato base, salad with grilled salmon, tuna tartar, a few french fries

Snack - Water, 1/2 green apple

Dinner - Peking duck, shrimp tempura (Chinese style), sauteed string beans, fried rice, water, tea

Brunch: French-style grilled ham and cheese, water, side salad with vinagrette, lemon tart, water

Snack: None

Dinner: 6 raw oysters, 2 crab cakes, steamed vegetables, fries, water

Food Journal, Monday, May 25

Breakfast: McDonald's Steak burrito, 2 hash browns, light lemonade

Snack: None

Lunch: Rice, fried fish, vegetable eggroll, water

Snack: Pear

Dinner: Fat-free yogurt, pretzels, water

It's been a terrible weekend hence me not eating much during the latter part of Monday.

I did get back into the P90X and did week 2 of legs and back as well as Ab Ripper X.

The picture is actually from the Ab Ripper X exercise called "Mason Twist" - your legs are up in the air, you hold your hands like an interlocking praying pose and tap your knuckles on either side of your body on the floor for approximately 2 minutes.
