Week 2 - P90X Plyometrics

I must say that today is the first day in which I had zero motivation. It's Friday, it's beautiful outside, I'M STARVING, but the show must go on...

Tony, the P90X trainer, says that Plyometrics is the "X" in P90X, the mother of all routines and he is not kidding.

I left work early thinking that I can get this workout over and done with but instead I had a million shirts for work to iron (still not even halfway done), cleaned the house (I'm talking dusting, kitchen, bathroom, vacuum, dishes, clutter, etc.). So, with that said, would you want to jump and squat and lunge for an hour after all that?!
Side note, my partner, Mel, decided to skip today's workout cause she was starving after coming home from work and decided to jump straight to dinner. To rub salt on the wound, she was eating ice cream while watching me work out! I would sell my soul to the devil to be able to eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's right about now!

This picture is called the "Heisman Jump" - it is the end pose then you jump laterally to the other side and do the same pose with the opposite leg. The people in the dvd have their knees basically touching their chest, for me, there was just no freaking way.
